Shipping policy
Hoop Coffee ships all orders via Royal Mail and charges a flat fee of £2.00 shipping for all orders £23.99 or below. All orders £24.00 or above will be shipped for free to anywhere in the United Kingdom
How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order through our website, we will send you an email with your order details, your order confirmation number and your Royal Mail tracking number. You can then track the status of your order online via the Royal Mail site. Please contact us at enquiries@hoopcoffee.co.uk should you need any additional information concerning your order.
Are there various shipping options?
We currently only offer one standard shipping option – Royal Mail Tracked 48®.
How quickly will I receive my shipment once I place my order?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48® and shipping times can range from 1 to 6 Business Working days based on your location. Orders are normally shipped out the next business day but please allow up to 3 business days for credit card authorization, order processing, and packing.
